Boil water and cook pasta to package’s directions
Meanwhile, once you’ve added pasta to boiling water, melt butter in a skillet or frying pan on medium heat
Add garlic and cook until fragrant
Turn heat to low and add shrimp, tossing
After about four minutes, add chilli powder and 3/4 tsp dried parsley
Continue tossing, coating shrimp in butter and spices
Your pasta should now be cooked, transfer the pasta directly to the skillet using whatever tool you have - slotted spoon, pasta skimmer etc
Toss and add remaining 1/4 tsp parsley
Cook for another minute or two
Squeeze on some fresh lemon and add Parmesan to your tastes
