Moscow Mule Sweet Tea

Ingredients

  • 14 cups water
  • 6 lemon ginger tea bags
  • 3/4 cup white sugar or less, use your judgement
  • Lemon flavoured booze
  • 2 limes
  • Fresh mint to serve
  • Ice cubes to serve

Instructions

  • Bring 14 cups water to a rolling boil
  • Add tea bags and lower to medium heat
  • Stir in sugar
  • Let steep for 20 minutes
  • Remove tea bags
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool (this will take a couple of hours but you can speed up the process by changing the container and putting the tea in the fridge)
  • To serve, cut up one lime and add it to a pitcher
  • Pour sweet tea into pitcher, leaving room for booze (unless you will add to servings)
  • Add a few mint leaves
  • Serve over ice with mint and lime in each glass
