Blueberry Basil Goat's Cheese
So simple, yet feels a little fancy. You'll impress your friends with this one.. as long as you can hold off eating it all on your own!
- 131 g plain goat's cheese
- 12 fresh blueberries or thawed from frozen, I imagine will work!
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- 1 tsp honey
- pinch of salt I use pink Himalayan
- Crackers of your choice
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl
Stir, fold and mash together until well incorporated
Serve with your choice of crackers or even spread it on toast!
