1/2 cupClamato juice Those of you not in Canada, can use regular tomato juice

1/4cupMayonnaise
1 1/2teaspoonsMontreal Steak Spice
1/3cupBBQ sauce
1tablespoonClamato juice
1Dash eachTabasco and Worcestershire
1tablespoonLime juice
Burgers
1poundground beef
Caesar Rimmer (or celery salt), salt and pepperto taste
4slicesJalapeno cheeseor whichever cheese you prefer
4Cheddar buns
Instructions
Bacon
In a frying pan, on medium heat, add 4 thick cut slices of bacon
As the bacon starts to cook, add 1/2 cup Clamato to the pan, bring it to a boil
Stir in 1/4 tsp tabasco and 1/4 tbsp worcestershire
After flipping bacon, sprinkle 1 tablespoon Montreal Steak Spice over the slices of bacon
Sauces
In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup mayonnaise with 1 1/2 teaspoons Montreal Steak Spice, set aside
In a separate small bowl, combine 1/3 cup BBQ sauce, 1 tablespoon Clamato, a dash each tabasco and Worcestershire and 1 tablespoon lime juice. Set aside.
Burgers
Divide beef into four servings
Form four patties, lightly patting them together to keep their shape but careful not to compact them too much.
Season generously with caesar Rimmer (or celery salt), salt and pepper
Add BBQ sauce and cheese once flipped
BBQ to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F
To build burgers: add spiced mayo to bun, followed by burger, bacon and your other favourite toppings.
