Simple Food, Fancy Napkins

Blueberry Basil Goat’s Cheese

Good luck sharing this Blueberry Basil Goats Cheese. You’re going to want to eat it all on your own.

I found that mixing everything with a fork worked best so you can squash the blueberries nicely. The longer you mix, the more everything will incorporate together and the end result is perfectly creamy.

I used fresh basil from our basil plant, but if this is not available to you, use 1 tablespoon of dried. In this case, I also recommend making this a couple of hours ahead.

Eat it on it’s own with crackers or fix yourself up a nice charcuterie board. Keeps well in a sealed container in the fridge for a few days.
